Bought one last week for this exact same deal, I received the tablet but the touchscreen didn't work at all. So I contacted customer rep and he asked me to sent it back. He suggested me to order a new one in the meantime and they'll refund me the old one when they receive it.
However, it costed $249 to order on their website, so he said they will exchange me when they received the old one back if they still have them in stock. If not, they'll refund.
Now, they have a sale again. I don't understand why they can't just offer me this price two days ago while they wait for the old one to ship back to them. Instead, I have to wait another week possibly to see if I get a refund or exchange.
