I was loving mine during the few hours I used it then started experiencing "freezing" as well. Then I tried plugging in a USB mouse and it keeps working. It appears the touchscreen just stops responding to touch every so often. Blech. And you have to call Microsoft to get a RMA.
EDIT: Saw Acer had a chat support option so decided to try that. You have to enter the serial from the back of the box to get to chat, and it says my serial number is not valid so I can't use their chat support. Acer, thank you for reminding me why I don't purchase your products.
