I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. This was in no way a ploy to waste your time. In fact, this has caused a bad trail of negativity, which is the antithesis of what we strive for here. We hope most customers will understand and empathize with this error. We are an honest company and loyal to all our customers and we expect the same in return. We care about each customer and would never do anything to cause discomfort to any of them.
Not good enough. If they claim to be honest and loyal, why not hold up their end of the deal and eat the losses?
