Yes, their ordering system has been experiencing issues.
The order wasn't technically cancelled, it was probably just rejected... which means it didn't populate in the system... for whatever reason.
If you can't view the order within 30 minutes in your account center... typically that means the order didn't go through successfully. Sometimes it can take longer... but if it's not in viewable within a few hours... it's definitely not going through.
They rejected the Systemax USB Keyboard & Bling 123 Copy DVD Platinum 2012 Software when I ordered and both times I used a TigerDirect gift card. Hopefully, they don't reject this one. Tired of filling out rebates for nothing lol
