And I still don't have a phone. They do not respond to my emails, and they're farking idiots on the phone. They repeatedly call themselves "specialists" and "investigation department" and all this other hoopla to make themselves sound important, when really after 10 phone calls and 10 emails they still can't figure out what's going on with my order. I'm BEYOND frustrated, clearly.
I would have just cancelled my order by now and given up hadn't I already purchased a case for it... it's been sitting here for three weeks...
