Man I jumped through so many hoops with the CSR rep on chat and then his Manager. He tried everything to say it was invalid. I called him out on all of that, and he finally relented, but instead of saying it was valid, he said he would process it as a "one time courtesy", so in lawyer speak not admitting fault but processing it anyway. I might post the chat transcript later if anyone wants to see it, but I was pretty lively in my chat.
The rebate still says invalid, but I imagine it might take a little while to update their website. How long did it take you all to show from invalid back to valid?
