My install was on November 21st and I have yet to receive my XBOX, my receipt shows it for the promotion and I did receive my $150 Gift Card claim code in the mail a while back. Is there any reliable number I can call to check the status of the XBOX?

My account was brand new and I have never been a customer with Time Warner in the past. I have been holding out for a while, but this is getting a bit old for sure.
