BB messed up. Customers did nothing but follw the rules on the coupon. That is a fact. And the thing spiraled out of control.
BB should just takes their losses and improve their marketing department to the point where they can issue a CORRECT coupon.
BB has every right to stop accepting the coupon just as the customer had every right to use the coupon within the rules that were stated on it.
