Still a big mess for me. I called today to see if there was an update. Surprise... there was not. They came to be waiting for Time Warner to verify the install. They gave me a Time Warner number: 1800-892-2253. I called, told them the situation, they called up Best Buy and were trying to transfer me into the call..... and I get hung up on instead.
Called Best Buy again and they told me to be patient. I told them I had been patient for 60 days, but this is getting a bit out of hand.
