I just called best buy and requested to speak to a supervisor. The customer service rep had me on hold for 20 minutes, waiting for the supervisor. After that time, the customer service rep said she spoke to the supervisor and the supervisor instructed her to send me a $50 best buy coupon for all my troubles of not being able to use the coupon that was emailed to me. I should be receiving it in 5 to 7 business days. Now that was a nice way to make $50. Can't wait to I receive it and I am thinking about what I will buy with the $50 gift card. I will keep everyone posted.
