So they were illegal alien checkpoints or DUI checkpoints that just so happen to look for other things...
At my old job I used to go through them periodically. You'd see all these cars turning around after which a bike cop usually went. You would see a lot of people on the side of the road, usually hispanic, and their cars were getting towed. I for one applaud the police for actually doing their job, unlike the POTUS and ICE with their whole "let's just leave the non bad ones alone" attitude. At the same time if you're white and don't have insurance either you should be sitting on the side of the road with your car getting towed!
Nevermind all the times I was pulled over when I was younger for some BS unknown reason, or "you and your car matched a description we received"... Annoying? Yep. Something to cry over? Nope.
How is throwing out an entire part of the Constitution not something to cry over?
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
