I totally agree with you since I was considered by others a food freak as well. I ordered the sweet potato ones for this deal.
Yes, if you have fresh, plant-based whole food, that is all you need. But if you are outside like traveling or hiking and fresh, plant-based whole food are not available when you happen to need calories, then these are the best "ALTERNATIVE" out there and you got to eat and have calories to survivie rather than die healthy! -
Not really arguing...but Personal Trainers are your end all for what is healthy and what is not healthy? I think I would go for a Nutritionist for that type of info.
They are snack-foods. Not healthy, but healthier than most "chips" out there.
And they taste fantastic.
