I was approved on 1/21 and it said ship date of the card 1/26. Then just now I got a denied claim (a week after approval...) saying "denied" due to a copy of the invoice missing.
I sent the packing slip from Tiger Direct, which shows the order number and order date, and what was included in the package... Do I need to mail in something else, or should I just wait for the card since it claims it's shipped?
Might be a weird glitch but generally sending the packing slip isn't adequate -- they want the invoice (which can be printed/downloaded from your online account -- go to "order history" then click "view invoice"). Check the rebate tracking link to see if it still says approved/shipped. If it turns out that it's been denied, you can give them a call and ask them to reconsider. I think they allow clean-up submissions by fax if you prefer that to mailing.
