Yeah I agree. I got my MacBook Air on Saturday. They took off the original opened box 10% discount from $999, and then I used the coupon for the extra 10% off all opened box items, which took 10% off of the $899, essentially making it $809 + tax.

I also had some rewards and a gift card balance. Tax always kills the deal though. But it's still more than $100 off of the brand new price from Fry's or Amazon last week (free shipping and no tax for me from them).

All in all, I'm really happy especially coming from the 2008 MacBook aluminum unibody 2.4GHz Dual-Core, 4GB of RAM, and 128SSD by Kingston. Battery life is phenomenal and charges extremely fast compared to my old MacBook.
