Read Toshiba repair policy carefully- You are responsible for paying to ship it to them. They have very poor turnaround. If they cannot repair you will not receive a new product- You will receive a coupon from that is about 10-15% more than the sale price you paid for your device. You have a limited time to use the coupon and it must be used all in one shopping experience. Roll the dice, but If my kids Toshiba craps out, Im not in for the hassle- Google Toshiba repairs and you shall be enlightened as I was.
