If I am right, the basic difference here are (besides anti-glare/step down in panel), no wifi built in?
Right, no anti-glare and it's wifi capable but you have to buy the wifi adapter for it to get it to work. I have it sitting a few feet behind me, it's my baby ;-). I couldn't justify spending an extra 1k for the anti-glare feature, especially when I don't find too much time to spend on the TV, although it would be nice :-)
