The GT 630 has the same specs as the GT 240 other than clock speed and number of ROPs. The 630 has higher clock speeds but fewer ROPs. This likely will make their performance when used for PhysX about equal. A GT 430 has a lower clock and fewer ROPs than a GT 240.

I am reading that both cards may be insufficient for PhysX at higher resolutions, but I'll let you decide.
