It's kinda like the stock broker who cold calls 1000 people and tells 500 a stock will go up and 500 it will go down. No matter which way it goes, he calls back 500 and crows about his "accuracy."
More like a stock broker telling someone what stock is going down and by how far and whether or not it'll go back up again. And then it happens.
