Not a very good deal compared to the recent Lenovo Yoga or ASUS UX31A deals.
Here's some reference points in this regard. I noted battery life difference, 90 day warranty on UX31A, and screen size differences. Also the XPS 14 Ultrabook has some features that are quite different: very good speakers on all XPS models including this one, long battery life, excellent build quality, widi, etc. Also if a person doesn't really care for touch screen that will be a factor.

Recent Lenovo Yoga Thread with nearly same specs

and a Review of the Lenovo Yoga [engadget.com]

Recent ASUS Zenbook UX31A Ultrabook (refurbished) Thread

and both of those deals are dead
