you're better off betting a good gym membership. dont be lazy and stay at home.
not really. i have a set of weights at home for olympic lifts and dumbbells for p90x type workouts. I needed something for cardio so this works well.
i also have 3 kids under the age of 5. In the time that it takes me to get a bag ready and drive to the gym, I can knock out two miles on the elliptical.
Being at home and being lazy don't go hand in hand. When I had a gym membership, I saw plenty of lazy people half ass their workouts and spend more time socializing than actually doing work.
