How the heck do you apply a rewards card? I joined just now, then edited my profile. Then I logged out and back in and the rewards member # was still visible in my profile. But now that I've submitted the order, my profile shows no rewards number anymore. WTH?! And of course, they clearly state that NO REWARDS MODIFICATIONS will be made to any order!! BS!!

Should I *attempt* to cancel my order through the "contact us" link? Because my order history is unavailable, so I have no idea if I can verify that the membership number was applied?
