when was the last time you played it? there was a huge patch this week that effected every single character, so i feel like they're slowly starting to balance the gameplay so it can be taken more seriously as a fighting game, but it's still tons of fun with a group of friends and worth playing while it's still being polished. sony fired the original developers and now the legendary sony santa monica is in charge of fixing it and they're doing a great job so far on this "deeply flawed game"
