also, manufacturer vs seller refurbished is a BIG thing imo. manufacturer I'm usually all in with their refurbished items as they do not want to tarnish their name by selling a flawed product, but i've had some pretty horrible experiences with seller refurbs. Seller refurbs are pretty much a used product. As much as everyone hates on them, cowboom and gamestop are the only retailers that do seller refurbs that i have even the slightest bit of confidence in.
