If you're PC only has a DVI out, you'll need a DVI-to-HDMI adapter. DVI only carries video, not audio, so you'll need a seperate audio hookup. You can buy a more expensive HDMI adapter which merges audio with video onto the HDMI cable if your PC is not equipped with HDMI, or buy a USB to HDMI adapter for about $50 or so. If you get the USB adapter, make sure it supports audio as well, as many will only do video.

It should be noted though that USB-to-HDMI adapters are not for performance, i.e. gaming, only for display and video playback. My SABRE chipset usb-to-hdmi adapter supports 1080p well, but does not carry audio for me.
