I'm looking at the same setup...
an SSD for the OS... a CM Elite 120 Advanced for the case, a couple of WD Reds, Crucial low-profile 8GB 1.35V low voltage memory, an i3-3220T 35W processor, and an ASUS P8H77-I motherboard, which if you buy together with the case on Newegg, is $20 off.
Would be a nice low-power rig. Alternatively if you wanted to use the machine to also drive a HTPC setup, you could put an AMD Trinity processor paired with an FM2 motherboard and have great graphics performance in a 65W processor and no extra video card required.
ic.. I'm looking at a dedicated unraid nas build so no need for os in ssd/hdd. shld be just usb drive boot for unraid. Then i3 3225 and ASRock H77M-ITX mobo. If you're near microcenter, they have $40 off any mobo if you buy i3 or i5 cpu.
The htpc setup is intriguing me, maybe i can add ssd next time to dual boot w win7 (htpc) or boot w usb for my unraid nas. I'm just not sure if unraid will complain if it sees "raw" ssd if i boot as nas. Graphics shld be adequate w intel4000 of the i3 or I can use my 650ti from my old rig.
