In case any of you are wondering, the phone does have notably worse specifications than the standard Galaxy S3. It has a display resolution of 800x480, a dual core Cortex A9 based CPU clocked at 1GHz (with Mali 400MP GPU), 1GB of RAM, and 5MP camera. It also lacks LTE connectivity.
For comparison, the Galaxy S3 has a 1280x720 display, a quad core Exynos (or dual core Snapdragon S4 with Adreno 225 for U.S. models which is still notably better than what's here), 1GB of RAM (or 2GB for Snapdragon models), and 8 MP camera (sure megapixel count can be very misleading but I doubt Samsung put a great lens on their budget model which rivals their flagship).
