For renewal they are asking for $19...
So I'm assuming they didn't offer to renew your for free. They just sent me the email a couple days ago and never even asked---just renewed me. I've been finding that dealing with Sears/Kmart is a pain anyway. They run a sloppy show, to put it mildly. i.e I returned something I'd bought with rewards points (they sent me the wrong color) but was never reimbursed for the points, even though I called them twice about it. The second time (after waiting the week they told me to wait) I called them to remind them, they said it was now "under review" but would be no problem. That was about a month ago and still haven't gotten the points, so apparently I'm not going to. Screw 'em.
