Well, that's besides the point. First we get a cancellation message, then we get a confirmation message 1-2 DAYS after the cancellation. What is that supposed to make someone think? It doesn't matter what we thought of the deal when we got in on it, what matters is how Ritz is acting in this matter and it's pretty incompetent to say the least. If it's canceled, fine, but they should be a little better about it.
I spoke to them.. They are the new owners and are trying to fix the company. I feel bad for them seems like a real mistake . they and there computers got over whelmed from us slick-dealer's A price like that (wish it was real) got them thousands of orders.
I wish them luck....
