I did return it and they paid for the return shipping. The only sad part is that I already bought a screen protector so after all I lost $20 plus gas to send it to UPS Q_Q
Also I think you will get a 90-day warranty for the refurbished products?

Yes Refurbs do have 90day warranty, but from the seller.. there is no warantty or free support from the manufacturer (Toshiba)..
