I don't understand this comment at all. It's like you're implying 80/20 comes from a different, fatter species of cow, or that about half the fat doesn't cook off on a high heat device like a grill.
No I'm saying it's not meat. My mom pointed out stomach lining skin and other crap in ground beef that I had not noticed before, since then I can't buy them anymore. Specially those with covered packs. You should get your own nice meat from the store fridge and ask them to grind it for you. Yes it costs more but way better meat.
