What about those listings that say something like "You aren't paying for these coupons, you're paying for my time. Anything I send in the envelope is my gift to you". That sort of thing is banned or no?
That was a listing violation BEFORE this change. & a ridiculous fiction besides.
Before this change, eBay didn't care that you were buying or selling MQs. The manufacturers were the ones stating that to do so was a violation of law.
Course, what they don't make clear on the face of the MQs is that is a matter of contract not criminal law ( unless of course, a seller was actually counterfeiting a coupon or a redeemer was committing fraud ( redeemer = retailer).
