Contact the corporation (by phone, email, or live chat) about it and give them the location of the VS store you went to. Tell them the fact that you drove 90 minutes to get there, so they'll send you a gift card to compensate for your bad experience at VS.
I first went to chat and they sent me to email which I usually don't get a response so we will see what happens. They were checking ppl out in the middle of the store so I had to put my purchases in my own bag. was weird. Seems they cant get their stuff together in store or online.
