I'm pushing Mal to be ready for a beer tasting tomorrow night. Trying to get him to have a fire in his fire-ring that I stacked into the perfect log cabin + tee pee formation 3 months ago.

Although I've never had the porter Mav is talking about either.
Yes, I need to empty out my kegereezer of purchased beer to make room for some homebrew.

Should be able to try a few new brews (mostly from what Matt shipped us) tomorrow night.

My 7.2 cf freezer (which I use as a freezer, and I could be wrong on the cf, it might be 8) could hold 2 carboys I think without much issue. The picture shown there looks too small to be a 7+ cf freezer to me.

I wonder if there's a way to get something like that to hold a temp for ale fermentation. I could ferment in the garage if I could do that.

I thought of that but I don't have room for one. We are hoping to move into a bigger house by the end of the year. I've already told the wife that one of the bedrooms in a hobby room where she can keep all her cake decorating stuff and I can keep my beer stuff.

Edit: Matt I saw that link.Something that small might work. Surprise is on the other end of the Valley from me, probably 1 + drive from my house (east side of the Valley). Thanks

That's pretty sweet!

I actually got the ok to buy a 7 cubic foot freezer/fridge from Craigslist. This gets my fermenter out of the 2nd bathroom. laugh out loud

Not sure if I can stretch it to include a temp controller like Matt linked to. Any other ideas on keeping a freezer in the mid to high 60s?
