i've been using the readyfill coupons since um forever lol. most doesn't even read it, just scans. but some reads and will make comments but if it scans successfully which it does, no probs.

Yup, same as noungning. I just hand it over and while some deny me based on the date, others scan it first and are surprised that it went through, but don't care as long as they don't have to key anything in. Keying in coupons/ECBs in any way seems to make a lot of employees uncomfortable, so the less beeps and need for manual input, the better.

The free gift will likely beep not for card if you didn't receive an email but the rest should work beepless for everyone. (Since the free gift,like the $/$$, sometimes beep not for card even if you received the email - if you just play dumb cashiers will often push these through which is why if you plan to use the free gift coupon it is important to have a generic version not one with Evelyn on it, lol .)hth
