If you get pee smelling like coconut, you don't have to flush. A conservation tip, for sure. Now let's get to work on that bowel movement issue. If we can put a man on the moon,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I think the orientals get past the poop issues through the liberal use of lactic acid bacteria. I am currently working on that area for another application in a fermentation development. Anyone here drink a lactic acid cocktail?

Have you tried putting a little cheese or yogurt in your coffee? That might clear up the problem.

In all seriouness, you should probably see a doctor then.
But since this is SD, I wlll offer medical advice.. Try taking a stool softener or drinking some mineral oil every day to loosen things up a bit.
