like hell they do.. but if you want to look for pattern, then Ban Wave came every time major titles released; I bet the majority of these ppl play Modern Warfare early

Ban hammer came for those who's done something really stupid as in "burn game with bad kreon rip or go online playing Modern Warfare 2 weeks before the official is released" Honestly, what other incriminating evidences do you need to ban those idiots?

oh and wait for it.. this is classic. Some idiot even tried to justify to Major Nelson from M$ that he somehow acquired and played the French version of ODST from his California home.

They've always been able to tell. They ban modded xboxs all the time, remember back when ODST was leaked?

Doesn't affect me since I don't get on Live.

Wonder if the ban has killed any unmodded systems.
