No, actually that's not an option any more. Hasn't been since they switched to ECB's printing out at time of purchase, I believe. I'm sorry.

I would try with favorite store where they know you. It's a long story but at CVS they scanned 27 worth of ecb's and then cancelled the order instead of a gift card. I called corp and they said the store would have to do it but she would put a notation on my account. The store it happened at would not so I went to fav store. Asst. mgr. marches me over to the manager, She has an extra buck problem and she's good people. Mgr. gives me a gift card. I love CVS.

Huh? Scanned ECBs don't get voided on a canceled transaction (unlike 13-digit coupons)...

by generic, do you mean it does not have someone's name on it?
It will still only work for people who actually received it - correct?

last night, i scanned the cards, all 3 got about the same amount of CRTs this week, some were the same, some weren't -

from what i can remember:

• $2 off 2 dove hair care product
• b1g1 fruitopia
• $1.50 poise one like everyone else
• $5 off $20 lumene
• $2 off 2 mennon sp? - the speedstick ones
• um don't remember the rest...

Just fyi...I had a voided transaction and my $/$$ was beeping when I tried to use it at another store. I explained to the manager and he said would make an exception.

The flu $5/$25 coupons have been acting like this. It doesn't matter if the transaction was void or not, it still counts it as used. I was at my closest cvs store last week, at the first transaction, the register was acting strange and wouldn't take the whole OOP from my cvs gift card. So the cashier voided it and sent me to another register. Of course that same $5/$25 beeped as used. And that other cashier knew that I was using it at the other register, so she manually typed it in. At this other register the machine was able to get the whole OOP from my cvs gift card.

does the 5 off 25 generic beep? You never know....sometimes they do, one time they dont.
