can you use more than one disc and ps3 on the same netflix account?

If no one tried yet, i will let you know how it goes. I ordered an extra netflix disc to try on a different ps3 (sharing my netflix account with in-laws)

I'm pretty sure someone earlier in the thread said you can do that and it works fine...

yes, this should work. i have 2 xboxes hooked up to 1 subscription. i think you can have up to 5.

up to 5 devices total, that includes PC's roku boxes bluray players tv's etc..

Okay forget what I said earlier about playback/scaling issues. I just tried again on my wireless connection and it was perfect. Everything was in the right resolution, and looked great. I was just watching Lost in HD and it looks incredible. A lot nicer than what it looks like on my computer (which I thought looked pretty good to begin with). Looks like I'll be using the streaming disc a lot more than I originally thought I would.

i agree, mine looks perfect as well. i would say that the hd streaming is even better than most of my hi def channels *(comcrap). i am loving it already and so is my gf. maybe i can justify getting a second ps3 now...

6 Total actually at least on my account. I have the $8.99 one disk plan since I mainly wanted netflix on PS3. Signed up a week ago.

Finally got to try Netflix streaming on the ps3.Very very impressed with the quality.Watching a documentary right now and am amazed with the quality on my 52" LCD.
(using wireless connection.)

netflix has HD streaming? i never bothered to sign up for it on my xbox b/ i assumed it only had SD straming. so can i watch all major tv shows and movies in HD on my 360 or ps3 with a basic netflix plan?

So I was watching IT Crowd last night and it kept stopping to buffer (very annoying) anyone else have this issue? I've never had the problem while watching on my PC so I figure it's probably either the wireless connection or something with the PS3.

It's probably your wireless connection. The movies that I watch stream flawlessly on both my PS3 and Mac without any need to buffer while playing

you can't watch all tv shows, and I believe its only the seasons that are already released on dvd. there is a pretty big selection of stuff though.


i was watching a few different HD things, and none of them had any issue with buffering. the only time it had to think for a second was when i paused or fast forwarded. I am completely satisfied with netflix now, and I will actually start streaming movies more often. My laptop has some issues with streaming, so I've only used the service a couple of times previously

Blockbuster will continue to fall. Another sign: remember last year how there were all these strong rumors that Sony was going to partner with BB after the MS/Netflix deal? Obviously, that broke down... and I'm sure it had to do with BB's refusal to go the "free instant streaming" route and continue with their pay-per-view model... which is ridiculous... why would you do that when there's such a better altnernative? The in-store trade in perk doesn't make up for it either, especially for me since they CLOSED the one BB store that was near my house about a year ago.
