I bought fantastik when it was on sale at walgreens x 3. You have to write all three UPC codes on the form ( although its the same). Since you still have to attach the receipt - they will see you that you made this purchase x 3.

Question - I've got 2 Glade purchases on one receipt and 2 more Glade purchases on a second receipt. Can I use the same receipt (like make a photocopy) so that I can send one $5 rebate form off now, and use the 4th item as the 1st item for my 2nd rebate? Is an 'original' (not photocopied) receipt mandatory? Or would it just be better to hang onto both receipts and wait until I purchase only one J&J item on a receipt and send the rebates in then?

I purchased Ziploc Snap n' Seal container but my mom threw out the UPC code before I had a chance to write it down. A little help please!

Thanks. I ended up going to the stores to write down the UPC.

I received three $5 checks from SC Johnson today and I'm assuming they're from this offer but they all say they are for the Drano Max Gel Money Back Gurantee. I did do a Drano offer but only once.

I got my 3 today also. They came very fast. I mailed one on 10/5 and the other two on 10/19.

Thank you and I just both a lot of the Glade twin packs that were on sale last week at Walgreens and luckily I had a coupon for a free warmer and Walgreens gave us back $3 in store cash. Thank you so much. I will submit my rebates for me and my mom.

Hey I just bought the Glade Impressions from CVS that was on sale for $6 and the had a $3 on their website and I bought 2 because they also had spend $12 get $4 back in CVS cash. Add on the $5 rebate and I got both Impression for $1.
