Rate! By the time I drive there from Michigan, it'll prob be gone.....
Just checked 2 stores here.... no go! Sweet deal though!!
Give it a try... call the store. These 3 are on display now, so no excuses. Ask if you can buy over the phone and how much for shipping. Hope it works.

That would be the U Fly Mike kit for the QC2
Be careful with a FED on board. There is no TSO for the QC2, because the headset dies when the battery dies. There is a TSO for the U Fly Mike, but not the headset.

I wouldn't say BOSE is crap from my experience but they are a bit overpriced IMO. The difference in bass and overall sound quality it hard to argue though.

I have to agree. These people who bash Bose on every opportunity are just as stupid as those who buy Bose just because people tell them to. They really need to learn. Bashing Bose does not qualify them as an "audiophile," or someone who knows about audio. Personally I do not own Bose headphones but have listened to some and I was amazed. Some of Bose headphones are top of the line. Do some research before they should open their mouths. And I mean real research. Not on the HT side, on the headphone side of Bose.
I haven't listened to their noise canceling headphones before, so i'm not commenting on those. But the Around Ear model sounds mediocre at best and definitely overpriced at MSRP and the On Ear model sounds like total trash to me. I've done my research and have a large collection of headphones, and i would take pretty much any of them over a Bose.

I own this [amazon.com] Jabra NC headset and I have to say I am very happy with it. The NC on this is quite good (Dont know if its up to that "standard" of the Bose) but I got them for about 60 bucks when Amazon had them on sale. For that price, these are just unbeatable! And might I add that they are incredibly comfortable. I fly frequently (and long flights > 8hrs) and I have these on for pretty much the whole flight with no discomfort at all. The battery life is excellent and it comes with additional connector (2.5mm, 3.5mm and airplane connectors). Also the cord can be unplugged from the headset which is a huge plus!
I agree. The Jabras are excellent. I had a pair from woot that were
$55. They were the most comfortable, have a quality carrying case
and the sound & NC are excellent. I fly routinely on longhaul flys and
am on my 3 rd pr of NC headphones. The jabras lasted 2 years and
fell apart. I tried a pair from TSC( the speaker co.)...total crap.
I have settled on Able Planets which are excellent and have a lifetime
warranty. Costco sells them. Amazon or buy.com have them too.
There are =or better for Substantially less $$ then the Bose. The Bose
were the gold std. when they first came out. Now they are just typical
Bose overrated and grossly overpriced NC headphones even at
    the so-called sale price.

I have a bose sound system in my car ...
I didn't think of it as a big deal but after comparing it to other [less popular] sound systems ... there is a real difference.
    ,
But I still think $189 for Headphones are too much especially when they are big, like Ear Muffs
I might've got em if they were cheaper (around a $100 or less - Simply because I prefer/trust the brand)

A great deal , especially if you fly often... but still pricey!

A TSO is not required. Your company policy, however, may differ.
