nah im full gold
i broke down and bought a 3 month card i think back in sept for 10 bucks.
Im gonna wait for it to run out, then use the 12 month card i bought last week (+ MW2 free tshirt) from BB at 40 bucks.

I did however play NBA2k10 online like 3 weeks ago, and d/l some Band Hero DLC.
My achievements still get logged, and i msg kratos everytime i see him on lol.

I haven't been on much lately because I sold my old xbox, got a new one w/ the $110 gc from walmart... I hooked it up but haven't played it much because all I want to play is MW2 on PS3..

Microsoft's recent actions against Xbox Live users with modded consoles has led to an unexpected surge in second-hand sales of the Xbox 360.

Online sites such as Craigslist and eBay show dozens of listings for consoles variously described as "banned", "not modded" or "100% working offline". The average cost for a banned standalone console has settled at around GBP 50 (compared to a retail price of GBP 160 for a new Xbox 360 Arcade).

Earlier in the month Microsoft began a large scale attempt to ban modded consoles, many of which could be used to play pirated software, from Xbox Live. The bans remove the console's ability to go online but leave it still able to function offline.

Although Microsoft categorised the number of bans as a "small percentage" of the 20 million strong Xbox Live community, unconfirmed reports have placed the numbers as high as 600,000 or even 1 million users.

Just logged on and got banned. Not too ticked though because I regretted my purchase long before I got banned.

Microcenter selling them at $12.99, employee price of $6.37
needless to say, the employees were hording them for themselves lol
even at 12.99 its a good deal

I got same problem with you. Regular batteries go in and out very smoothly but rechargeable batteries stuck in and always have to be pried out
