I want to thank whomever started putting the IVC codes in the wiki. My store will take me at my word when I tell them the IVC code to enter, so even if they don't have any more of the booklet, I can get the discount. I am going to assume that these codes do have a "0" in front of them, though. That "0" is needed, at least at my store it is.

target and safeway deals are still better on these though, both of them are moneymakers, enabling you to use the profits to buy more and more til you are so sick of the smell that the $5 you earn for buying 10 at target is not enough incentive to keep buying them.

Ah I didn't know the refill could count as the 2nd item as 2 for $5 (ie. mix and match)
That is a big tip to me, thank you for explaining it.

I constantly make the mistake of buying too much per transaction where there is a benefit to buying less. Many of the cashier I have to deal with do not like multiple transactions so I have to take my chances. (I am getting a bit tired of their little grunts and whines when I checkout, I am nothing if not polite, always)

We don't have safeway but I'll have to look at Target.
The problem with Target is I don't have anything else to buy there without a lot more research.

update: the Target offer is for very specific sku's - "holiday" scents which I don't think I care for - at least the wags deal is for any scent

They most certainly do count for the rebate. I have already received my 3 $5.00 checks and bought these items.

some have said it is not appropriate to do. I didn't realize that and I did it successfully at Rite Aid several weeks ago. YMMV on whether it will work, and personally I am not going to try it anymore because I am worried that it may be unethical.

Fraud implies intent to deceive. If it's the case you are wanting to use (3) .50¢ off Nivea lip balm + (3) BOGO Nivea lip balm + (2) free Nivea lotion wyb three Nivea lip balm on 6 Nivea lip balms and 2 Nivea lotions, then there is nothing deceptive or fraudulent about about using these particular 8 MQs on 8 items at Wags. On the contrary, that's precisely what their Q policy would permit.

Very true! I have yet to find a coupon in the tins. I must have searched 30 of them at Target and none of them had them.
