Went to Target last night and found a coupon. Many coupons had been peeled off and found only one box had it. Got 2 regular Mtn Dew and 2 Voltage. Like others, it took off $5.49. Not bad. I have never tried the Voltage and hope that it tastes good.

Just got back from Target and it appears they fixed the coupon (at least at my Target). It took off $5.49 last night, but today it only took off $3.00, the price of the 12 pack. My sale is 3 for $9. Still a good deal to get a free 12-pack of Voltage.

Just an FYI for all the thread crappers...
Pepsi, Dt Pepsi, and Mt Dew will start producing, as a Limited Time Offer called "Throwback", with natural sugar, not HFCS. You will still be able to find the HFCS variety, both will be offered. Look for it in your stores, should be in about 2-3 months. |

Coupon definitely is fixed. only takes off $3 now. Still a good deal, just not as slick as it was a couple of days ago.

I went to Target last night and was able to get other Pepsi products with the coupon (Brisk, Cherry Pepsi, Mountain Dew Livewire, and Pepsi). I didn't even get the Voltage.
I just brought all four cases to the cash register, handed them the coupon, and didn't mention about it. If you ask about it, they'll probably just tell you it's only for Mountain Dew.It will depend on your Target and the employee, but it's worth a try. It was 3 cases for $9. The coupon did take off $5.49, but that was yesterday. |

If only I hadn't just bought 7 12packs MD/Pepsi at CVS. On sale for $3/12 pk w/ $10 EB back w/ $20 pepsi purchase. Also used 4 - $1 off 2 - 12 pks coupons I swiped from Freds even though I only bought 7. If I'd known she wasn't gonna read the coupon I would have used 7 of them. So anyway $21 - $4 coupons - $10 EB = $7 for 7 12 pks. $1 per 12 pk ain't bad. Also I bought them on 2 receipts so that fulfills pepsi side of 2 coupon rebates. Also bought 6 bags of tostitos and doritos (2 rcpts) for $2.50 each at walgreens to finish out rebates. Not much of a deal there, but what can ya do?

Found peelies at Target last night. Terrible deal on drinks though.
$3.99 a 12 pack. Yck My other target has the 12-packs no peelies but $2.50 a 12 pack.. soo.. ($2.50*4)-$5.49=$4.52 for 4 12-packs. Fantastic deal. Just read that they don't work the same. Drats. ($2.50*4)-$3=$7 for 4 12-packs is still pretty awesome.

Our Pepsi products have been reduced to 8 cans per pack and prices aren't reduced to reflect that
I've traveled around to other states and those are still at 12. Is Florida the only place that has the 8 packs now?A while back when I purchased some pepsi products, the register printed a coupon for $1 off a 12-pack. When I used it the next time, the cashier rang it up and pushed it through on the 8 pack and didn't say anything. Another coupon printed....and when I went to use that one, the next cashier said it could only be used on a 12-pack....we don't have 12 packs anymore I'll head over tonight and see if I can find any coupons and then we'll see what happens Last edited by excel_ir79; 01-27-2009 at 09:39 AM.. |
