With the price I'm paying, everytime I threaten to leave unless they give me a perk, they just say "OK. Go ahead and leave."

I'll ask the SERO question first.
Can we get anything if we are on SERO? here's hoping

I would leave sprint in a heartbeat if the other providers had good deals like sero

ok ive often wondered so i figured i would ask, I realize that i can cancel my contract because they are changing things that are materially adverse. However does this mean that I HAVE TO end my coverage? i realize this is just sprint but hypothetically lets say ATT does this, can i terminate my contract but still keep my service so that at some point in the future i can leave when i see a good deal on service else where, and then not have to pay the ETF?
and on a second thought does this only apply to current customers? what i read is that this will go into effect in janurary, can i go out now and get service then terminate it and sell the phone? ps i do currently have ATT, unfortunately its my only reasonable choice if i want coverage at my apartment. Sprint SERO is priced just right, other carriers are charging too much. If you need proof, just look at their financial statements and see how much profit they are making. If you think oil is bad, think again.
There is nothing wrong with Sprint beside their incompetence service reps. At the very least, they willing to negotiate. Try to negotiate with AT&T and Verizon, they careless if you leave. They charged 1 months in advance and wouldn't refund if you leave and has unused amount. They said it's stated in the contract. I don't know if they can hold it if they were taking to court. My experiences with both of them were bad. When I disconnected their services, they billed me another full month. After many calls, finally about to remove the charge, but no refund. That's with AT&T. With Verizon, I wasn't that lucky, they said I have to paid half a month. Between the half month fee and a unpaid bill on my credit score, I have decided to put up the white flag for the devil. Last edited by thecalip; 11-17-2008 at 06:06 PM.. |

Sprint Sero is too awesome to try and bluff
![]() They'd probably be like... "Yeah sure, go ahead and get a $60-80 matching plan if you want... you know you can't.." and the conversation/argument ends there... Though I guess everyone's welcome to try... |

It'd be funny for me to get it since I just got a big credit to renew my 2 year contract
of course I have SERO too
