I did all the above, and got my confirmation email, but when I went to login, I got:

Sorry, you have typed in a non-existing username.

Anyone else having this problem?

Edit - nevermind -- you apparently have to login back at the page that you get returned to via your confirmation email. Logging in directly at http://www.emisoft.com/ didn't work.

ALSO, it seems that this is good for RENEWING an existing license; not for getting a free first year. (Unless I'm missing something.)

Getting the "you have typed in a non-existing username" message when trying to login at the www.emisoft.com page. I got the email with my password. There was a link to confirm a subscription, but no other link.

Help. This never happens to me....

Never mind. Downloaded program, logged in at the prompt, clicked on convert coupon code (lower right of pop-up window, and typed in the code: kam-nef-max-558. click refresh license I believe, and the 1yr full version license pops up. Nice!!

Thanks....figured it out. Good timming as well, my sons laptop was locked up with system security BS malware. Scanning now...fingers crossed.
This laptop is so confused, I'm thinking a clean install will be required
