I like to tell this story to people because it restored my faith in the goodness of retailers. My mom purchased a ring for my 14 year old daughter's birthday after I saw the deal on SD. My daughter had her ring stolen the first week she was wearing it to school. She came home in tears and I emailed them to see if we could purchase another one. It stung to have to shell out another $69 for the same ring we'd already bought, but grandma hadn't even seen it yet, and I needed it replaced at any cost. Customer service was prompt and they checked with the supplier to see if they had it. We repurchased the ring and much to our surprise when it arrived, it came with a bonus pair of matching earrings! I responded and thanked them via email and asked if there were anything I could do. They replied just leave positive feedback on Retailer Ratings. I did so and about two weeks ago, they sent the matching necklace with a note thanking me for the positive feedback! Now I have a great Christmas present and the extra $69 I had to spend was more than paid back.

If you ever see a good deal with these guys jump on it as their customer service skills and compassion obviously go above and beyond their call of duty. You hear so many negative thins about retailers, I thought I'd share a nice story for a change
