Here is the story behind the XBOX 360. This is coming from an employee in an undisclosed location.
Office depot got them last year for the holiday season. They had the xbox bundle, ps3 bundle, wii bundle, and a DS bundle. It was very select stores who carried them, the warhouse kept them in stock. At the end of the season there were discontinued but never dropped in price. So they have been sitting for over a year in the stores and warehouse. I have not confirmed pricing inside the stores yet, i would imagine if the warehouse ahs them at that price then the store would be the same. Stores have had (still) two of the systems (obviously not the wii's ) in stock just sitting and collecting dust. So check your local stores, get a sku have them look up local stores. I'm willing to bet the other systems are heavily discounted as well. I can verify this tomorrow and let this thread know. The systems are over a year old in the store if that helps with anything.
Edit - this is something that is discontinued trying to get out of the stores and warehouses. most stores you wont be able to do anything inside them as very few stores actually carried the sku's.
Yes it comes with a wireless controller and game as extra from the normal package. The PS3 did as well and the DS came with a hard case and extra game. Hope this helps with confusion.

Make sure the if you are buying an older XBOX its a Falcon motherboard so it has less chance of ROD. Also if you want to hack the drive, it can't be the new Lite-Ons (please correct me if I am wrong here)

None of the coupons work. Supposedly excludes "technology" products.
