I had trouble ordering with Amazon Prime. Since the 16GB Card is delayed, Amazon was automatically splitting the order into two separate orders and not applying the discount. Please post if there is a way to set Amazon Prime to only send it out as one order. I ended up just creating a new account to purchase and was easily able to get the discount since splitting orders is an extra cost with Non-Prime and is not enabled by default.
This is the correct link for the 16mb card if it comes back in stock. It must be sold by amazon to get it for free:
