HD/Internet/Phone Bundle

Hey guys, I'm about to move to a new place and was trying to see if anyone knows any good deals for a triple (or double) bundle of services. Comcast is doing a promo in my area (Northern Va) that is HD TV/Cable Internet/Phone for 114.99 a month or just Internet/TV for $66 a month. FIOS is not offered at my place yet, but is expected to be offered early 2009. Anyone know of any other offers?
