Looks like a fine deal. Amazn normally sells the set for over twice the price, and has run them gold boxed for well over $100.

I am a bit skeptical of the Omaha steak throw in.

Is this worth $85 even with shipping?

    Choice A:
    2 (6oz) Top Sirloins,
    2 (4.5oz) Stuffed Sole, and
1 (6 inch) NY Style Cheese Cake

Must be a damn fine cheese cake.

But hey, its free, and you can just toss all other pomo mail they will send you after.

    Good Deal! Repped.

china, chocago cutlery has not been made in the US for forever, and even then they put out only ok, products that came pretty dull and needed a good sharpening before use

There's actually the choice of the following:
    * Two 6-ounce Top Sirloins, two 4.5-ounce Stuffed Sole, and one 6-inch NY Style Cheese Cake.
    * Eight 4-ouce Gourmet Burgers, eight 3-ounce Oven Roasted Marinated Chicken Breasts
    * Four 5-ounce Top Sirloins, four 5-ounce Gourmet Burgers

Wish I could think of someone to buy this for, it would be a great gift.

Bloody hell - its a REBATE!!!!!!!!!! Not dead (Amazon has a tricky way of editing deals, the bastards) but that should DEFINITELY be in the description, OP.

    God I'm hungry...

How do you figure? The price is still $59.95 and the rebate form is still on the site.

Maybe you should read before commenting.

Don't buy these knives... they will last a couple years (if that) and you'll have to spend another $100... A good knife will last you a lifetime. Just like tools... don't buy cheap (just speaking from experance), spend the extra $200 and buy a couple Henkles or Cutco. Trust me, you'll be so happy you did. (It's been 6 years with my cutco's, haven't sharpened them once, still amazing!)

I have 2 Chicago Cutlery knives, and one has been used a lot. I believe I bought it in 1992. No complaints!
